Just to close this out, I completed the job (after 4 days) (WHEW).

Lessons Learned:

Good quality tools are a must! I will do a write-up on how cheap the HP Pro Tools chain tool is. It comes with no instructions and if you booger anything you will begin destroying the tool. Although it got me most of the way, I had to spend another $100 bucks on the Motion Pro kit just to do one stinking rivet.

A 520 chain doesn't fit on a 525 sprocket.

16/48 doesn't work on the F4i. I was unable to move the chain adjusters far enough forward to get that last link in place. Perhaps when the chain stretches a bit it's possible, not not when new, so I went with 15/48 and it buttoned up fine.
