Question Installation of rotors

I just got my chrome front rim today. (used) The rotors that came with it were not on the rim, and really seem like they don't fit lol. Are rotors supposed to be hard to put back on? Is there a place I'm missing where the part number is on the rotor so I can check to see if its in the range I need it to be? (Rim is off of a 97 which from searches I believe should work with my 95)

Or does anyone know where on the rim to find the part number so I can check that too?

So after many searches, still haven't found much to help me figure out anything lol. Is it hard to put rotors back on? Does anyone know a website that has the differences in rotors throughout the years for the 900rr?
