Default Idk what to troubleshoot next

I have a Honda CBR 600 it's a 2003 model . Upon start off the only thing that seems off is the idling but I figured it was where I just replaced the retinator.... and cylinoids.... u replaced them because I was riding one day and when it started ur seemed to be idling a bit strange. Got on and lights started flickering a few secs down the rd. So I stopped and noticed my display was on bu there was no numbers. Tried to restart and it wouldnt do anything. I roll started back to the house. I have now replaced a few things and cannot figure it out. Please tell me what I can check next. I have checked most fuses replaced those 2 things and still same issue. If I charge the battery it will show display for a min and lights for a min. Ground wire? Relay fuse? Mind blown...

Could just be a dead battery, are you able to measure the voltage? Seems suspicious that it works or a short while and then nothing

Yeah measure battery voltage twice:

1. with everything OFF, before starting bike
2. again after starting bike and idling

This will determine health of charging system. It might not be recharging battery when engine is running.
