Hi all. New to this forum. Am looking for information on converting my 1987 750 Hurricane to a naked bike. Bought it as a salvage and the plastic is toast. Can't really afford to replace all that plastic and I also like the naked look. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I'd paint the frame all black, it's ugly in silver.. looks too industrial.

 

You do know the Fairings are the same as the American 1000 Model. I have one that is a Japanese import! Great Bike!

That 750 is UGLY with fairings on. Good choice to 'nakedize' it, it is gonna look like a beast.

 

Man that looks almost identical tothe '87-89 1000F.
Specs show tire sizes are same, instruments look same, must have been precurser to the US 1000F
