Default How to change cct on 06 RR???

I have an '06 cbr 600 RR and have recently established that my damn cam chain tensioner is going out. Can anyone give a step my step with pics on how to change AND adjust the new cct? Or an link...I just bout a new Honda self-adjusting one. Same as OEM. Yes, i have looked into the manuel APE ones and chose not to go with it.

thanks guys/gals

It does help me out a little bit as far as adjusting it but I ordered the OEM self-adjusting cct, not the manual. thanks for the video 96cbrf3, but if anyone is more familiar with my make and model and/or self adjusting cct, let me in on what you know.

Sorry dude, this isn't your bike... but I would put money on it being a very, very similar process.

Hope that answers any questions!

that does explain for the most part the difference between the manual and self adjusting set up. If anyone knows if there is a different way of doing it on my bike let me know. In the mean time I'm going to run with this latest info., it seems to be the best and the tensioner is coming in tomorrow anyway. thanks chuck

finally got around to changing out the cct this afternoon. Have to say, it was a breeze!! Took me probably 30 minutes total, and that included going run an errand for my girl down the road too. Simply took off the right side fairing and the cct was in plain view. Removed it following the steps above ^^ and threw the new one in. I took some pics while I was doing it, so let me know if ya'll would like a write-up on the '06 600 RR. Appreciate the info guys.
