Hot Start Problems
First, its a 2002 F4i and Ive had starting issues which I thought were traced back to the FPR, but today after it having no trouble starting and riding for 30 mins or so, the bike would not start unless given a little gas and I have to maintain the idle or else it dies right away. Ive taken the plugs out and cleaned em up and it has no trouble starting until warm again, Ive ordered a new set of plugs and they come tuesday. Could this be my issue or is it the R/R or something different? any ideas?

The R/R shouldn't have anything to do with your issues.
It definately sounds fuel related and could be the FPR like you were originally thinking. Its possible the FPR is letting in too much gas, which on a warm bike can cause it to flood or hard start. When you apply a little throttle, your introducing more air which may be allowing it to start with the added fuel from the faulty FPR. When the bike is cold, it gets a richer mix anyway and the extra gas may not be affecting the cold start up as much as the hot start.
I would certainly start by checking the FPR though.
