So its just the screw end into the spark plug hole, that should be solid that end and not turn , i know their buggers to line up sometimes with the bend in the pipe, but once its in it should tighten, here's a little video off You Tube , Funny as well

Cheers for the link I used to watch many off his videos very funny indeed.
Basically the stradder valve just spins freely on the bolt and that's why I cannot tighten down the nut inside cylinder all the adaptor is so small I cannot screw it in without the hose connected..

Usually install the adapter on the hose first make sure its tight ,then pass the pipe down into the spark plug hole tighten just finger tight on the hose then fit gauge onto schrader, sorry if thats what your already doing

I know right I'm just thankful that they are all the same.. had a quick Google for piston rings/kits. No one sells them for UK model that i can see off.. might invest in a second complete engine and use parts from that in the future.

Okay so put everything back together.. the bike pops and bangs and does not idle.. the bangs are like every 3-4 seconds. When I do hold the revs it doesn't climb fast either also all of the plugs are very black now.. I am lost very lost

Hi , if all spark plugs are black now its because your still running very rich, would have said the back firing is from a lean condition, but that has to be detonation of spent fuel in the exhaust, are the Pilot screws set properly and are the float heights correct, seems strange that the two lean cylinders have started running rich, think the carbs will have to come off again for another clean and setting, check the the starter valves (choke) are working properly and the Pilot Screws are set at 2 1/4 turns out from bottom

Yes the floats can be a pain , better to have less than too much, just floods everywhere
