Default Changed plates not shifting smoothly, sorry last one

I just changed my clutch plates on my 95 CBR, it’s just not shifting smoothly and I’m pretty sure I did everything right? Any tips to adjust by the cable or whatever or anything in the basket to make it smoother? It’s cycling through the gears a lik rough and hard to get into neutral

The main thing with the clutch cable is to ensure the clutch lever has a little play (service manuals document how much play) so it's fully engaged. But, not too much play so that when you pull in on the clutch lever, it fully disengages the clutch so you can shift.

had a little play and was cycling rough, then I messed with the springs was smoother just not engaging, just took the plates out and reinstalling now, now I’m not sure if I’m supposed to rotate this last disc so it’s offset from the other ones

I'm thinking you need to invest in the manual for your bike. Do some Googling, I'm sure you'll come across a PDF somewhere.
