can anybody tell me how to repair a rock hole in my front upper cowl.

lol, i had to. it depends on how crazy you want to get. you could simply take it off, and glue another peice of plastic behind it. then fill it with body filler and have it painted again. there isnt' a real answer to this, its more of a trade than a modification.

 

Body filler, bondo, fiberglass... you name it... there's a ton of ways to do it. Look up "repair" or "fairing repair" in the how-to section... there's a ton of helpful info there on how to get it done.
