My 06 f4i will not come down in idle speed. Since warm up it goes up to 3k and does not come down at all, even when the engine reaches running temperate.

The idle **** does not seem to affect anything at all, at least in the effects of going down. We had the screw completely removed and the bike still ran at 3k rpm.

Any ideas?

The FPR might be stuck open.

 

will it come down if you blip the throttle to raise the RPM and then drop back down?
