Heated Grips for my CBR600 F3
Hello, team.
My new, 147-year-old F3 is in need of some heated grips.
There are about 83,500 options out there. Any youse guys have a direct experience you'd like to share? I've put grips on a bike before (used a great deal of WD40) so I'm not totally a nincompoop.
The impression I get is that you might want to stick with stock and get the flat heaters, gluing them on to the cleaned bar (left) and throttle (right). Is it tough getting the old grips back over the heater element?
Frankly, I'm not scared of wiring, as I'm pretty competent with 12v electronics. Any report of your personal experience will be welcomed. And yes, I did search the topic and got some encouragement from that.

Whatever you go with, use a relay to be sure that they aren't drawing power
if the bike is turned off.
Personally I went with heated gloves (Gerbings). I installed a relay and
mounted a thermostat on the tripple tree, to have the most option.

I use heated grips and ride till the snow in Canada and these works awesome on my 45 min commute everyday.

You can use those handgrips jeffjones pointed out - basically 2 heater matricies that has a hi/lo/off switch.
As ern said, use a relay! I did up a quick wiring diagram for another user in another thread.
