Default Headlight issue

Last time i rode everything on the bike was in working condition and there wasnt anything that stood out as wrong.
The bike was fine.
Last night however i went to turn the bike on and found one of my rear blinkers burnt-out andthe headlight didnt function in running position. So i replaced the bulb in the blinker went through and checked and replaced all fuses and the headlight still does not ignite in running position. When i go to flip the switch on bright it lights up but in the low position i get nothing.
Does anybody know whats going on here?

did you check your headlight bulb? I would bet its just your low beam filiment has burned out.

After further inspection i think that there may be some other problem here as well. When i put the bikes ignition into the running position not only does the low beam on the headlight fail to light up but the rear blinker that was burnt out before is illuminated brighter than the opposite side. I have the wires set up to the only possible combination that functions with the switches (which is how i was able to get the things working) through trial and error. I think that if the bike stays on for too long that the blinker will just fry again. That one seems to be recieving more volts than the other. There is multiple other wires hanging out of that rear wire harness. Minus the platlight wire i have no idea what these other wires go to and i think that they be the cause of my other shortages. I went through the manual but itdid nothelp.
I wish i had another F3 to look at to follow these connections....
