Change them how? Higher off the tank, or wider from the tank? The answer is yes to both questions. If you want them higher off the tank, you will need aftermarket bar risers, or get a set of aftermarket clip-ons with the risers already built in. Moving them wider is free, and simply requires you to loosen the clip-on bolts, position the bars where you want them, and re-tighten the bolts.
I tried moving handlebars more out from tank it wouldn't budge, also was able to replace chain and sprokets though and was able to get up to 135MPH versus 115MPH earlier noticed rear sprocket had 46 teeth and front one had 15, new sprockets were 43 and 16 in front and the hain was a little loose , could thatacoount for 20 mph increase?
