I need to know the purpose of everyone tube/ where they go. I saw that one of my lines had been roughened or torn but cant find anywhere it would go

You don't mention what kind of bike.
However most tanks will have a petcock (valve) and maybe 2 other hoses.

If you have 2 extra nipples/hoses on the bottom of the tank,
they are probably tank vent and/or fuel cap over-flow.
They don't connect to anything, they just run down through,
to the bottom of the bike.
