Does anyone happen to know their size? ronayers says 4x21, but I haven't the foggiest how to translate that into a normal size.

Its a metric bolt.

4.0 mm dia. x 21mm long. I believe they are a course thread.. which is a .7 pitch.

you may have a hard time finding them though. they have a rather large head dia on them and most 4mm bolts you will find will be a very small head.

home depot has them they are specialty bolts with allen heads
