I wash my bike on a fairly regular basis and then dry it with the electric leaf blower, it works great, leaves no streaks or water spots and gets the water out of all those nooks and cranny's. Maybe once a month I'll use Meguiars liquid on it. It stays looking pretty nice..... the pledge is an interesting idea though.......

Try it...you may be surprised. Plus, it is alot let hassle than the leaf blower. It leaves a nice waxy finish.
