Default Fuel pump problem

I have no power going to my fuel pump.

Also on the Fuel pump transfer relay the:
black/white - has power
black/white - has power
pink/white - triggers Air vent control solenoid valve when hit with power

On the Fuel Cut off relay:
black/white - has power
blue/black - has power

Any suggestions?

Start with the basics. What bike are we talking about? carbs or fuel-injected?
model/year is good.

As far as generic advice...

Check the wires to the fuel pump. Are they in good shape?
Have you checked all of the fuses? Have you tried to, short past the relay to power the pump Does it run, if you did? Are the guages and head-light mounted/connected?

Hope this helps, Ern

sorry it is a 200 CBR600F4 carbs. I checked with a test light and they are both grounded for some reason but yet there is no splice in the wire.
