i bought this bike and as it turns out, the fuel pump connectors on the top are burning out. the fuel pump connects to the relay, ground, and than the MSD (multi-spark distributor). i believe the MSD is providing to much power.

does anyone have any suggestions on how to re-wire or reduce the power to the fuel pump? gravity feed was out of the question cause the bike now will NOT turn over since ive disconnected the wire from the fuel pump to the MSD. it looks as if i'll have to have a fuel pump, just now i need to figure out how not to burn through a 100 of them.
