Default Fuel leak

I woke up today and rode my bike to school and back. When I came home I noticed a nice puddle of gas underneath my bike. I took the plastic off.

Fuel was running down the fuel lines were they connect to the carb. These are new but I removed them and snipped the ends. Reinstalled...and it still leaks gas at the lines. So I am going to assume there is an O-ring seal on the fuel connectors at the carb?

Bike will still run well but its leaking a lot of gas from each side. I am using 3/8' automotive fuel line. It fits tight. I thought about trying to squeeze 5/16' on it but I'm not sure if it will fit.

Anyways could it be the swivel fittings on the carb leaking? Do they have oring seals or what?
