I always put premium gas in my CBR, even though it does not require premium gas.
Does it do any good to the bike?
or it is waste of money?

premium gas is always ALWAYS best. better than crappy gas. but what i'm sure you ment to say is 91-93 PON, and not premium.

and yes, it's a waste.

Much discussion recently on this topic. Search and you'll find it. But i run 89. Generally if an engine only calls for 87, putting 93 in it is a waste of money...plus it makes your exaust smell as you do not get as completet a combustion as with 87. I ran 93 in it the first few tanks, but after switching to 89 didn't notice any difference in performance or response. So I split the difference and run 89.

I notice my bike runs more choppy if I use 89 so I use 93. But I have a california type F4 so its forced to run lean naturally and the 93 helps.
