Default Fuel cap lock

Good Afternoon, is it possible to remove the lock and change it on the fuel cap? 97 cbr

yes, but it's half the price simply to buy a whole aftermarket cap. Google search and you will find the details.

And for not *too* much more you can get complete ignition, seat and fuel cap sets to keep a single key :-)

Thanks Guys for this info, the reason i ask is because i have two caps one with the original lock in and aother with a different lock/key which is already powder coated so was just going to swap the locks over rather than buying a full lock set
