Friction zone help?
I've never had this issue with a bike yet.
Owned so far
-98 ZX6R
-01 F4i
I've recently moved onto a 06 RR and having trouble with moving from a stop, which I've never had a issue with before.
When I'm stopped, and giving the bike RPM as soon as I get close to the friction zone I find the RPM's drop really hard and doesn't take off well.
I have to be at a fairly high RPM for the bike to say constant but is much higher then my other two bikes.
Finding it causing over thinking while riding and it's not good while riding.
Any ideas?

What did you do mate I've got a 06 600rr. My mate has a r6 and you can roll on the friction zone.. And I can ride that easily.. But my 2006 honda cbr600rr friction is so fast. To me it has no friction zone cause I can't do the same as the r6... You gotta give rpm and it takes off there ent no rolling..
Hi Smerkey,
Please introduce yourself to the forum and then if needed start a new thread, this one is from 8 years ago, so unlikely that you will get a response.
Where are you from, how long have you been on two wheels, what bikes do you have etc.
We also love pictures.
Cheers
Al
