the funny part is, most vehicles now are 50 state legal, yet the law still applies. I think the rest of the county should have a law that prohibits buying from California and bringing to other states.
hahaha, that's pretty stupid. Does that mean if I already own a bike and move to Cali, if my mileage is too low for a used bike, I can't register it until it hits a certain amount or miles? lol
