Default flush mount question...

I installed flush mount leds on the front and shorter leds on the rear after FE kit. I got a motrax relay so I wouldnt have to go thru the trouble of installing resistors. my question is A) Has anyone installed one of these before and 2) Where is the signal relay? I have an 06 600rr. Ive read that on the 1000 rr, its on the left fairing, wouldnt this be the same for the 600? If not, could some one direct me to the right place. Thanks

The relay is in the gauge cluster, so you'll need to tap into the wire harness.

Resistors are so much easier to deal with. Just hook 'em up in parallel and you're done. You're splicing wires to put your new lights in anyways, what's an extra 2 mins to hook up the resistors.

but resistors aren't a permanent solution to the problem.
