Default Fluid level questions

Ok guys, I'm sorry again for asking a probably stupid question, but I'm very new and want to make sure my bike doesn't break while I'm on it. Today I was poking around my bike trying to familiarize myself with it further and I found what I think is the oil dipstick. I can't open my picture in paint for whatever reason so I'll describe it as best I can. It's a little screw open thing on the left of what I think is the clutch cover. Is that the oil disptick? If so, is that where I add oil when it's low? Then my second question is about coolant. I think I've found the coolant reservoir, but I'm not sure. What I think is the reservoir can be seen through the little opening inside the rear fairing. It's got kind of an orange cap from I guess when the previous owner was painting the bike. Is that my coolant? And one last question. After riding my bike seems to drip liquid of some sort. There are two little hoses on the left of the bike that I was told were overflow tubes (Or something) and at one point the end of one was wet, but that could be unrelated to the spots on the concrete. The tube was leaking what I think was coolant because it was clear and didn't smell like gasoline. The spots on the concrete I'm guessing is oil because it doesn't evaporate. It isn't a continuous leak, only a little bit after I ride. Is this normal? Again, I'm sorry if I said anything incorrectly or anything like that, I'm just nervous about my first bike. Thank you for any help

Also, I know the bike doesn't look too good, but once I make sure everything is mechanically sound I'll fix her up cosmetically. She has 600F fairings on that don't fit perfectly and it usually has a matching tank cover on it, but I removed that to see how I liked it. If anyone knows where to get some used/cheap fairings for the bike, please let me know

The oil dipstick is to the left (rear) of the clutch housing. You can see it in the pic you attached. So you have correctly identified this one.

The cap you can see through the hole in your orange rear fairing is the brake fluid resevior for the rear brake. The cap should say something about only using DOT 3 or DOT 4 (depending on bike) brake fluid. Don't add coolant to that!! My coolant reservior is located behind my engine and in front of my rear shock, but I have a 98 900RR. I am not sure where yours is located. The radiator cap is on the right side of the bike under the fairing. You can see the hose going to the radiator in the pic.

I would invest in a good manual. Haynes makes a one that I like a lot and explains almost anything you could ever want to do to the bike.

I forgot to talk about the leaks. Smell the liquid. If is smells sweet it is coolant. Otherwise I would guess it is oil. If that little dime sized spot under the bike is the one you are talking about, that is about in the right place for the oil drain plug or the oil filter. Otherwise you will have to strip the fairings off and start searching.

Ok, thank you very much. My bike hasn't been overheating or anything so I don't think the coolant is low, but that should be easily remedied anyways. When I took the oil dipstick out it was clearly covered in oil (Clean oil at that) but I couldn't tell what was written on it so I'm not sure how high it was supposed to go. There was a kink, then a checkered area, then another kink, so I'm guessing that is low, good, and full respectively.

Also, I dowloaded the manual for it, thank you

What kind of bike is that?? 2015 Hybrid 600, kidding... If you are learning how to ride don't touch it cosmetically, maybe get the paint all one color. Where is this fluid leaking from, like which hoses, ones by the kickstand on the left side of bike, on the front on the engine by the radiator??

Well the only thing I was going to do cosmetically is get correct fairings. They're mostly ziptied because they holes don't line up, and the left side fairings (The ones by where my knee is when I ride it) are missing. It has front and rear ones, but not the center ones. Also, there was a tank cover on it with the matching orange but a friend and I found out the GD GAS TANK WASN'T BOLTED ON so we took it off to poke around and I was considering leaving it off, but I put it back on yesterday. In the attached picture you can see it with the tank cover on, and the missing fairings. You can also see how it doesn't line up correctly by looking at the fuel **** (The on off reserve thing). As for the leaks, I have stupidly never watched for it, but once saw a little liquid at the end of one of the tubes on the left of the bike by the kickstand. I think it was coolant because it was clear and not oily, and didn't smell like gas. However I don't know if that caused the spots on the pavement. I'll have to keep an eye out next time I go out.

Those hoses are in fact from the coolant overflow reservoir. Either too much in it, or it is running hot, or both.

As for the fairings, I see where they are not matching up and I agree with getting the right ones as a priority.
