Default fitting a top box

hi

I'm new to the world of biking, just got myself a 2000 cbr600f & want to fit a topbox, i've been looking at thte givi E450N a 45 litre box,

http://www.amazon.co.uk/GIVI-E450N-L.../dp/B002YDV8UM

is it ok to fit such a big box to a cbr? i'd really like to have enough room for 2 skid lids :-)
i'm just wandering about the fitting kits, i take it when they say it comes with a kit they mean just the means to attach it to a rack? so i have to get myself a rack first? like this http://www.motorbikesandparts.co.uk/...7-p-19494.html

thanks in advance

1 A Givi 45 won't take two fullface helmets as far as I know.

2 You will need a wingrack (universal) or other kit for a back box and a fitting kit for your specific bike.

I run 3x48L boxes on a 1000F - Nonfango - they take 2 fullface helmets. Much neater fitting kit IMO. If you want pictures let me know.

Or you could make your own rack for a quarter of the price....and just use the box holder from Givi - much cheaper, especially on e-Bay.
look in the Hurricane section - by Malbojah for a how to

I've got the older E45 and it holds two full face helmets - one of which is a Shark Evoline and that is a pretty big helmet.
