Ok guys, I had posted a thread a while back about my bike having an ongoing issue with 2nd gear even though I had replaced my forks, drum, and gears.I have finally cured my tranny woes, had to split the casings again and I went back with everything new. The issue I kept having with my 2nd gear were in fact due to the collar that the 2nd gear counter rides on, it was worn thus allowing the gear to wobble or get off-centered maybe, so seeing that I just ordered new countershaft and mainshaft, and all the goodies that stack on them...... She is smooth now

 

you just rebuilt second or everything?
