I feel something shacking in the front end when I am stopped. I have a 929 and I have noticed since I have got my bike back together and its hard to explain but when I am sitting at a light I feel something shaking a lil bit through the handle bars. Also I feel unstable through a turn with a passenger. It just might be me cause before this bike I had a 2003 CBR 600RR and that thing was on a rail. Will a steering dampener help this turning issue?

have u set your suspension up for riding double, also you should increase the air pressure in your tires when your riding double, how does the bike handle when your riding solo, as for the shaking i don't know, need more info

 

I took it out again today and its more like a tapping feeling coming through the handlebars at a stop with the bike running.

 

check the bearings. pull the pads off and turn the fron wheels to see if you hear any grinding noise
