This is going to sound a bit off, but it's all I can think about when looking at your current ideas so i thought i might as well share it:

Pictures 3 & 4 made me think of the japanese "rising sun" with the way the bars of color flair away from a common point in space. I know red and white is completely different from the current color scheme but i thought that it may look pretty sweet on a CBR. I picture the red orb placed about where the "F4" is located with the red flairs shooting out from it on a white background. or maybe it could be focused on the front nose cowl where the headlights are with the flairs wrapping around the sides of the bike spreading out towards the rear of it.

 

i like the last one that you placed all the labels on.. but i would put a lighter colored decal on the cf tank. maybe find a yellow decal to match the rest of the bike. otherwise its going to blend and from a distance it would almost look like a blemish in the tank.
