Default F4i fuel pump works but...

I have a 2002 F4i with 1300 miles on it. I took apart a lot of the wires after an accident, and when I put it all back together the fuel pump stopped turning on.

So I jumped the fuel pump relay in the farthest rear right and the fuel pump works (Continuously whines but will not help me start the bike).

I leave that fuel pump on and check the headlights (stopped working just now I have no idea why, but gets 12v), turn signals, brake lights, they all work.

When I hit the killswitch to off, the fuel pump turns off.

When I kick the bike in first gear (kickstand down), the kickstand safety function doesnt allow the bike to turn over.

I leave it in first gear but now put the kickstand up and the bike turns so the clutch Sensor works.

I have no idea what to do now. Anything would help guys. Thanks.

Make the headlight work and your fuel pump should work too. The BAS runs through the headlight and will stop the pump from working.

It depends on why the light isn't working....

Have you tried bypassing the BAS?

Oh.... In that case, you will need to get out the wiring diagram and start tracing circuits. Could be anything after an accident....

So I just tested the engine cut off relay, headlight relay, fuel cutoff relay, and they all work and pass the test (click on the coils, then continuity on the other leads). I checked continuity on the front harness where the headlights connect. I just checked the bulb that was working two days ago until it stopped, and I see inside the filament that its disconnected so I need to replace the headlight.

Can my fuel pump turn on without the headlights? Or does it turn it off?
