F4 won't start after Carb Cleaning and Manual Cam Tensioner install

good news, i got the bike to start, I let it run for a good 10-15 minutes
To be honest i'm not sure what the problem was, i just kept trying to start it and it coughed but never fired up. The more I tried the closer it got, and eventually i just let it sit for about an hour and gave it one last shot. It fired up with a bit of work.
Definitely feel in over my head on this one, bit too much hands on for me. I'm just happy it started. Hopefully it starts again today so i can adjust the Manual CCT.

My F4 did the same exact thing...the first time it was the fuel pump...the 2nd time when i took it into a shop they told me the fuel pump lost its prime....then I sold it cause I was tired of putting money into it.
