Default F3 fuel leak and maintenance

It's mid winter so I decided to start up my 98' F3 and see how the ol' gal is handling the cold. It had not issues starting up, but after running for about a minute I noticed some fuel was dripping onto the driveway. After killing the engine it stopped. The bike is 15 years old, thus I'm betting it's due to old hoses. Regardless, I'm taking off the tank to change out the air filter, change the spark plugs, look over the carbs (maybe clean em'), and change out as much rubber hosing as I can find. That being said does anyone know of a place that sells all of the hosing in a package so that I don't have to purchase each individually? Also, I'm always in the mood to make my bike better, so does anyone recommend upgrading to wire hoses instead of the rubber?

You probably have a stuck float. I doubt your hoses are shot; there are barbs between the carbs that have rubber (Buna) O-rings on them and they sometimes go south on you too. Check 1. The hoses and connections for the fuel system 2. If the source of the leak is higher than the drain hosing at the bottom of the bike, the O-rings or 3. Check your fuel filter, pump, hosing and tank.

By wire hoses do you mean braided lines? If so they are not needed as there is barely any pressure on the fuel lines. I would also check the petcock. Its a easy fix and fairly inexpensive one as well.
