Default F2 starting issues...... Starter? Solenoid?

Okay heres the deal, been having some issues getting my f2 to crank up, she turns over really slow even after a fresh trickle charge or being jumped off. But sometimes i can get her to fire and when she starts she runs perfectly fine. Ive cleaned the carbs, swapped out coils and battery from a friends bike with no avail..... i have good spark and gas is definitely getting to the combustion chamber. dont wanna move on to compression just yet so what are your ideas? im thinking starter as my bike turns over much slower than my buddies f3 and much slower than it used to. Could that be my culprit?

PS petcock was rebuilt a month ago so i know thats not the issue either.

I think this is a no brainer. If you have good connections from the battery to the starter and starter relay, then most likely it's a problem with the starter itself. You could either buy new, buy used or try to get it rebuilt.
