I found a scorched red white wire from the reg to the main starter harness. Was causing full ignition cutout. Cleaned terminal and was good for a bit. Going to replace the starter solenoid/main plug assembly as there was excessive resistance through the circuit. Anyone else had these problems? Thanks for the help.

 

I had that exact terminal scorched too! But it was causing me to have a charging voltage of around 19v, i just snipped & crimped on a new terminal
