Default F2 fork seal problem

Ok so I'm kinda mad..it turns out that my right fork bottom bolt is stripped out by someone who I guess tried to get it loosen it and messed it up in the process, so I could only get one bolt loose. But to make things worse, these aren't even F2 forks!! Someone put a pre-91 CBR600 fork setup on it I guess. Upper and lower triple trees have been changed, I never knew until I tried to put my new seals on the "41mm" forks, and it turns out that they aren't 41mm, I mic'd them and they are 37mm..the only thing I can figure is that since the first CBR600s had 37mm forks, this has to be them. I'm picking up some tomorrow at only 1 place in my area that had them. So now I'm stuck with 41mm fork seals that I can't use, can't return, and are still brand new. This royally sucks. The only thing I can do with these seals is post them for sale for cheap in the classifieds section.
