If you do, dont buy the cheap stuff. Your going to want to get some pretty thick wrap. Check summit racing. They carry a good line of wraps. If you buy the cheap stuff, it will burn off, plus it tends to smell really bad, especially when it gets wet. Kind of smells like cat ****. Its not really strong, and not a huge deal if its under your hood, but right in front of you, and it might be an issue.

You might want to consider just gettting it sandblasted, and then coat it in a ceramic coating. You can buy some really good ceramic coating and apply it yourself to save some money. Most places will offer a silver, white, or black coating. I would probably stay away from the spray cans at the local autoparts store or walmart type stores. Again, I would check summit racing and see what they offer for coatings.

I got some DEI carbon fiber looking sht. Looks great. You'll need a 50 ft roll to do it. I got some extra SS zip ties I could let go for cheap.

I had a Friend wrap his whole exhaust and have issues with his bike over heating. It was wraped to thick and didn't allow enough airflow through the headders to keep his bike cool in traffic. So be careful on how much you use.

I wraped mine from the cat back and took it off after two months due to fading and it looking cheap. ( bought mine from Speedway catalog) No over heat issues

I currently have mine painted in black with headder paint. Looks good but I do touch ups often due to rocks chipping the paint. I like the paint and will continue to do the monthly touch ups.

It's all in what you like...
