Default engine tapping

So i layed my bike down the other day doin slow wheelies and it fell on its cage now i=the engine is making a tapping noise and i have no idea what it is..runs perfectly no hesitation no spuddering....

most likely the cam chain tensioner, mine does the same. get a manual cam chain tensioner and you'll be set. less than an hour to install too.

a lay down should not affect the cctl...should do some research behind the manual tensioner hype.
as far as the tapping...you sure it's coming from the engine? could be that the little impact jolted somewhere in your exhaust system loose, like around the headers and what you're hearing is a small leak.
