Easiest way to get a rounded hex head bolt out
I`ve managed to round of the head of one of the hex head bolts that holds the mirrors on, does anyone know any tips to help me get it out? The hole you would put the hex key in is completly round now [:@]
And i could do with some quick action, i`m doin a trackday next week and i`ve got a bike with half a race fairing and a standard nose cone on [sm=headbang.gif][sm=headbang.gif][sm=headbang.gif]

If it's an exposed bolt use a ziz wheel or dremmel cut off wheel to grind a slot and use a flat blade screwdriver to get it out. Easier than 'easy out'. If you have a bolt where the ziz wheel won't reach try using a 'grabbit' (kinda like an easy out only much better.
