does it drip at the seam where the float bowl connects to the main body of the carb?
Or does it come out of the overflow on the side of the carb?
is it on all carbs?
A few things may be happening.
1. the mechanic forgot to tighten the float bowl and the screws are only snugged up.
2. the mechanic forgot to use a new gasket, or the gasket is misaligned and is causing the leak.
3. the mechanic improperly adjusted the floats and they are set too high. or, the clip that connects the float to the needle is not placed correctly. Its also possible that the mechanic could have just bumped the float by mistake. it doesnt take much to bend them.
either way, I think the mechanic that worked on it needs to fix what ever happened.
