Default DIY: front suspension?

It seems i have a problem with the front suspension. There is liquid on the floor to the side of the front tyre, and it's not the brakes. So i was thinking that i need a revision of my front suspension. Is this easely done by ourself, or is there a reason to better bring the fork to some proffesional. (but they want to have 150-175 euro's!) Do i need special tools to do it myself?

No...yes...yes

I can think of at least three unusual tools needed to change fork seals and fluid. Unless you have done it before--it's hard to recommend trying it on your own. The easiest, cleanest, and safest way is to take both forks (even if only one is leaking) to a professional mechanic.

Sorry about that. Cheers.

I agree, if you've never done it before (sounds like you need new fork seals) take it to someone , BUT ask if you can watch and pay attention to what he's doing and how - ask questions. That way next time you may be able to DYI.
