I've gone and broken an exhaust stud off in the cylinder head. I had loosened the stud to take the exhaust off and it broke as i was tightening it back up! I've tried everything i can think of - easy outs (didnt work but its not snapped in or anything), blowtorching, putting a slot in the tiny stub that was left (top of the stub broke after this).

Does anyone have any other ideas/hints/tricks before i resort to asking a professional? I dont want to make it any worse by keeping on trying!
