Default Couple of issues.

I've noticed a couple of things on my bike that need to be dealt with and would like some direction on how to get them fixed.

First. My front fender (plastic that covers the front tire, not sure what it's called lol) is rubbing on the tire in the back. It makes a horrible noise at low speeds but gets less noticable as I gain speed. I took the peice off yesterday to see what was causing the problem and everything seemed in order. It seems like something is causing the back of the fender to be much lower than it should be. Anyone have this problem before and know of a fix that doesn't require me cutting the plastic?

Second problem is a bit more serious and I know a fix for it but I was wondering if there were any other ways of getting it fixed. My right front brake disc is either bent or really warped. To the point where it makes the caliper move and I can sometimes feel it in the bars. I know I can just raplace the discs, but I was wondering if there was a way I could safely bend the rotor back to straight? We used to bend the rotors on our go karts, but I just wanted to know if that was an acceptable practice on a bike.

Thanks for the help guys.

.
If your fender is like mine (F3), there are 2 fasteners per side, 1 allen fairing bolt towards the front and a hex bold behind the fork that holds the brake house routing tabs and the fender in place. One of mine was working it's way out and caused some rattling. The only wat the fender could really move towards the tire in the rear, is if either both of the front or both of the rear bolts come out, from what it looks like.

Again, with mine (F3) they are 2 piece 'floating' rotors made up of a hub and a disc with busgings that lock the two pieces together. to straighten them out you'd need to turn the rotor (If you can keep it in spec when you remove the necessary disc material to smooth it out) or physically bend the rotor. either option sounds like it might cause more problems than it's worth, as turning the warpage out would probably take the rotos down too thin, and 'bending them' could over stress the metal, and possible pop the rotor part loose from the center 'hub' part.

As far as my fender goes all the bolts are in and where they should be. Those back ones were hell to get back in.

I wish there were a bike repair place closer than 20 miles from here. That rotor kinda worries me.

Thanks for the input.
