My clutch lever bolt is vibrating out practically every day. I've bought three new bolts, but every 5 minutes of riding, the bolt is halfway up, and I have to screw it back in with my thumb while driving. I've tightened them as tight as I could with a screw driver... what else could I do to make sure the next one I buy doesn't come out?

After you srew the bolt in, there is supposed to be a self locking nut on the bottom to keep it from coming out. If you don't have it, you need one. Or you can try using LocTite on the threads.

 

yeah, I think your missing the self locking nut on the bottom.

 

Nevers seen a self locking nut on mine..Mine started after 18k miles ..Little red loctite and its as good as new again.

 

wow there is a nut that goes on bottem, microfishe confirmed it. I just used locktite after mine jumped ship on the freeway at slightly higher the legal speeds.

 

factory bikes come with a lock nut.try the hardware store and get one.used a stick to get home one time not fun
