Default Clutch & hard shifting HELP!!

I have a 02 f4i with 10,000 it started to shift very very hard from 1st to 2nd gear. Then started to shift hard to 3rd and so on after few short miles later. it does not creep when starting in gear with clutch pulled in. So to fix the problem
I have recently replace
clutch disk
springs
plates
inner and outer hub
cable
shift lever (located on the clutch cover)
lifter pin
lifter pin bearing
clutch lever
two pressure ring (located very back of the inner hub that keeps large disk and metal plate apart when clutch disangauge
change oil 3 times (honda 10W-40) It help a little very little but still help a little
all bolts are properly pressure at oem lbs
pretty much all new clutch assembly except pressure plate which is fine like haft of the stuff i just replace but just in case to narrow out the problem
The symtoms are: NOW
Creeps when started in gear when clutch pulled in
shift HARD when in neutral to 1st or 2nd
does not shift hard when started in gear shift to 2nd (not moving)
shift harder when rpm climds while cruising
will missfrom 1st to 2nd and stay in neutral when racing shift very very hard on upper gears
i have adjusted lever freeplay anyway possible with no result I have followed oem repair manaul step by step
Im out off idea and at the same place before i replace my entire clutch except it creeps when started in gear now
I cant afford another $1000 on this i am so annoyed and confused !!!!! please help
