I just installed new clutch discs and springs on my 03 CBR 600rr. I did everything right and had it checked out by a friend of mine that buys, rebuilds, and sells bikes as a hobby. He said I put everything in right, but he noticed that the clutch case where the discs and plates push into seemed burned and possibly worped. When I get my bike into first gear I get a nasty bike chatter. Could this be what is causeing the chatter? Any ideas if it isn't?

 

thats it change the basket or you could take all or the clutches out and file the groves if you dont have the cash to get a new one
