Default Clicking when front brakes applied

I feel it more than hear it. Whenever I press the front brakes going a decent speed I feel clicks in my palm holding the grip. Definitely doesnt feel normal.

Just picked up the bike and felt like that when I bought it. Just wondering if this is a common issues with worn brakes on bikes or what?

Thanks.

Is it a consistent clicking that happens every time you brake?

Does it change with speed? Does the clicking slow down as the bike slows down? That would suggest a disc problem, possibly a warped disc pushing on the brake pads.

Since it's your brakes I would try and sort it out so it doesn't lead to something worse like a wheel lock up.

are you talking about the normal clicking that happens when your lever engages the brake light switch?

if not that, sticky plunger?

Definitely not normal. I am leaning towards warped disks too. Not sure though. If you tap the palm of your hand hard with the tip of your other hands fingers that's what it feels like on the grip braking at speeds above 35
