changing fluids

What's up,just got a 01 honda f4i and it's been sitting for 3 years so i need to change fluids.....My question is does anyone know what kind of oils should i put in it???

Allot of guys prefer to run full synthetic, I am one of those guys. Nothing but the best for my girl.

I use Shell Rotella T 15W40 every 1000 miles. Ona bike I'm a fan of good oil in short intervals instead of great oil in longer intervals. That's just me though
