Default chain maintenance w/out stand?

Is there an easy way of cleaning/lubing the chain without a rear stand? Just can't afford one right now. Share your ideas/suggestions. Thanks.

That or you can do the same thing with two people, a little easier. Just walk your bike back while someone sprays, but samething

Or if you have two peeps anyway, one can lift the bike onto the side stand while the other rotates the tire by hand and lubes the chain. Freinds are great.

If you have rear spools installed, jack stands (car stands) work great on the rear. A 190 tire will clear the base of the stands by about 1/2 an inch or so on both sides, i do all my chain cleaning that way. I will say its a tight fit using them if you ever need to remove the rear tire, but just to lift it works great for me.
