CCTL

I have a 01' F4i and it has a loud rattling noise. I saw a post about rattling and someone said it was the CCTL. IDK what that is or where on the bike it is. Can someone answer this for me?

Do a search for Cam Chain Tensioner. That will give you a start. I had the same question not long ago.
