Got a 1992 Fireblade that has sat for a while.....can't get it started

Checked it has a full battery (nearly new), flooded itself so fuel is getting through. Have taken (almost new) spark plugs out and all four are weak sparking. Tested the coils and resistance is normal. Tested pulse generator - normal resistance. Dried plugs off and put a small amount of fuel down the carbs, tried again and it still flooded itself.

Any ideas or suggestions greatly received.....
